Two Boston firefighters suffered minor injuries battling a two-alarm house fire Friday night. In the video posted above by YouTube user WMSFirePhoto1, firefighters had heavy fire conditions in the Wyoming Street blaze.
The Boston Herald reported that one firefighter jumped from the roof peak to the second floor porch, injuring his leg, as flames extended to the upper floors. A second firefighter was treated for debris in his eye. The fire caused an estimated $500,000 damage and is under investigation, BFD reported on its Twitter feed, adding the house was split into apartments, with one occupied and one undergoing renovation.
