Pre-Arrival Night Infrared & Overhead Video: Virginia Police Chopper Calls in Raging Townhouse Fire

Fairfax County, Virgina police chopper “Fairfax One” came upon a raging townhouse fire on Saturday, December 28th, capturing the blaze on their FLIR camera. The flight crew was looking for a hit and run suspect in the Centreville area when they saw a significant fire in a townhouse complex. The crew immediately called in the well-involved structure fire. Three adults and three children were displaced. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

Just before the 1:00 mark you can see someone run out of the home.
