Raw Video: Los Angeles Firefighters Battle Attic Fires

FireLensMan has a compilaation video from two attic fires in Los Angeles in the last few days.

On Dec. 19, crews were dispatched to the 2600 block of South Dunsmuir Avenue in the Mid-City district of Los Angeles, with Engine 68 and Task Force 94 first arriving with smoke showing from the single-story single-family dwelling. The fire was knocked down in about 30 minutes with no injuries reported.

On Dec. 20, Task Force 20 and Engine 6 were first on scene with heavy smoke showing in the 1500 block of Mohawk Street in Echo Park. The fire extended into the attic and the fire was knocked down in less than an hour. A dog perished in the blaze.

The cause of both fires is under investigation, FireLensMan reported in his video.
