WTNH reports on a very giving 10-year-old, Vladimir Romano from Bridgeport, Connecticut. When he was 3, with a fever, he was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and he was given a teddy bear in the ambulance — so now he is paying it forward, by setting up a lemonade stand to raise enough money to buy 400 bears to give to other kids in need. On Tuesday, he dropped off 25 of them to Bridgeport firefighters.
According to its Web site, Vladimir and his friends have donated bears in the past to departments throughout the area. Check out TheTeddyBearFund.org for more information.
